Privacy Policy

Ollaby is built so that your conversations never leave your own devices. We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal data.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, no sign-up, no email required.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• No chat content, prompts, responses, images or files are ever sent to us.

Where your data lives

• Your models run on your own Mac. Prompts and responses are exchanged only between your phone and your Mac.
• Chat history is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
• Your private keys never leave your device. Pairing uses a key held only by you and your Mac.

Relay servers

When your phone and Mac are not on the same network, traffic is carried over a relay so the two can reach each other. The connection is end-to-end encrypted: the relay forwards encrypted bytes only. It cannot read your messages, and it does not store them.

Local network access

Ollaby asks for local network permission solely to discover and connect directly to your own Mac on the same Wi-Fi. It is never used to scan or profile other devices.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see or receive your payment details. Subscription status is validated on your device by Apple's StoreKit.

Third parties

• Apple — App distribution and subscription billing (see Apple's privacy policy).
• Relay infrastructure — carries only end-to-end encrypted traffic, no content access.

We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children

Ollaby is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Ollaby 的设计前提就是：你的对话永远不离开你自己的设备。我们不收集、不存储、不出售、不共享你的个人数据。

我们不收集什么

• 没有账号、无需注册、不要邮箱。
• 没有统计分析、没有追踪、没有广告标识符。
• 你的对话内容、提示词、回复、图片和文件，都不会发送给我们。

你的数据在哪

• 模型跑在你自己的 Mac 上。提示词与回复只在你的手机和 Mac 之间往返。
• 聊天记录保存在本地设备，删除 App 即删除。
• 私钥不出设备。配对使用的密钥只由你和你的 Mac 持有。

中继服务器

当手机与 Mac 不在同一网络时，流量会经中继转发以便两端互通。连接全程端到端加密：中继只转发加密字节，无法读取你的消息，也不会留存。

本地网络权限

申请本地网络权限仅用于在同一 Wi-Fi 下发现并直连你自己的 Mac，绝不用于扫描或分析其他设备。

支付

订阅由 Apple 处理，我们不会接触到你的支付信息。订阅状态由 Apple StoreKit 在你的设备上校验。

第三方

• Apple —— 应用分发与订阅结算（详见 Apple 隐私政策）。
• 中继基础设施 —— 仅承载端到端加密流量，无法访问内容。

我们未集成任何广告或统计 SDK。

儿童

Ollaby 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其数据。

本政策如有变更，将在本页发布更新版本并标注新日期。
