Terms of Use

By downloading or using Ollaby, you agree to these terms. Ollaby lets you reach the Ollama models running on your own Mac from your own phone.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ollaby on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

2. What you need

Ollaby requires a Mac running Ollama with at least one model installed. Ollaby does not provide models or AI processing — all inference happens on your own hardware. You are responsible for the models you install and how you use them.

3. Free use and subscription

Local network access is free forever. When your phone and Mac are on the same Wi-Fi, use is unlimited without any subscription.
Remote access (when the two are on different networks) is carried over our encrypted relay. New users get 7 days of unlimited remote access without any subscription; afterwards the free tier is limited to 10 minutes per remote session. (This is separate from the subscription's own 7-day free trial described in section 4.)
Ollaby Pro removes the remote time limit.

4. Subscription terms

Ollaby Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a monthly or yearly basis. The exact price and period are shown in the app before purchase.
The subscription includes its own 7-day free trial (separate from the free remote-access period in section 3); at the end of the trial it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price and period you selected.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Ollaby to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our relay infrastructure. We may limit or suspend relay access in cases of abuse.

6. Availability

Relay servers are provided on a best-effort basis. Network conditions, your own hardware and third-party services can affect availability. Local network use does not depend on our servers.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

Ollaby is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or the output of any model you choose to run.

8. Termination

You may stop using Ollaby at any time by deleting it. We may terminate this licence if you materially breach these terms.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.

2. 使用前提

Ollaby 需要一台运行 Ollama 且至少安装了一个模型的 Mac。Ollaby 本身不提供模型，也不进行 AI 计算——所有推理都在你自己的硬件上完成。你自行对所安装的模型及其使用方式负责。

3. 免费使用与订阅

局域网访问永久免费。手机与 Mac 在同一 Wi-Fi 下时，无需订阅即可无限使用。
远程访问（两端不同网络时）经我们的加密中继承载：新用户前 7 天不限时且无需订阅；之后免费版为每次远程 10 分钟。（这与第 4 条中订阅自带的 7 天免费试用是两回事。）
Ollaby Pro 解除远程时长限制。

4. 订阅条款

Ollaby Pro 为自动续期订阅，提供按月或按年方案。具体价格与周期在购买前于 App 内展示。
订阅另自带 7 天免费试用（与第 3 条的免订阅远程体验期不同）；试用结束后将按你所选的价格与周期自动转为付费订阅。
订阅自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
你可随时在 系统设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅 中管理或取消订阅。
支付由 Apple 处理，退款适用 Apple 的政策，我们无法直接退款。

5. 可接受使用

不得利用 Ollaby 从事违法行为、侵犯他人权利，或试图干扰、过载、未经授权访问我们的中继设施。若发现滥用，我们可限制或暂停中继访问。

6. 服务可用性

中继服务器以尽力而为方式提供。网络状况、你自己的硬件及第三方服务都可能影响可用性。局域网使用不依赖我们的服务器。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

Ollaby 按"现状"提供，在法律允许范围内不作任何明示或默示担保。对于间接或后果性损失、数据丢失，以及你所选择运行的模型产生的输出，我们不承担责任。

8. 终止

你可随时删除应用以停止使用。若你严重违反本条款，我们可终止该许可。

9. 条款变更

本条款可能更新，最新版本始终发布于本页。
